The resort has its own watersports centre, where friendly staff can arrange diving, snorkelling, kayaking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, stand-up paddleboarding, and more!

A dhow is a traditional sailing boat, with an elegant triangular sail above a long hull. An exciting variety of excursions is possible, including a romantic sunset voyage.

This experience is offered to beginners and experts alike. You’ll love riding along the beach and splashing into the surf!

The Bazaruto Archipelago is home to over 180 bird species, not least an interesting assortment of migrant species and vast flocks of local pelicans and flamingos!

This impressive landmark is found on the northernmost tip of Bazaruto Island. It’s well worth taking a trip here to go swimming, snorkelling, and bird watching – and to admire the point’s iconic lighthouse.

At the opposite end of the island, you’ll find the idyllic island of Pansy, a gorgeous sandbank where you can relax and tuck in to a delightful picnic!

Offered to children and adults, this is a really fun-filled activity. Simply make your way to the top of a dune, climb onto your board, and sliiide!

Fantastic for keen anglers, fishing trips take you to a number of great spots off the coast, for a half- or full day of fishing. And fly fishing is available too!

The resort provides a cooking programme called ‘Spice Spoons’, focusing on traditional Mozambican cuisine. For more information about this and anything else to do with staying at the property, please contact a member of the YZ team.
