The best times for calm seas and beach relaxation are April to May, and can also include June.
October to November is another great time to visit, with light winds and conditions ideal for snorkelling, diving, and sunbathing. October is the best time to see turtles nesting.
The winds pick up between July and September. The months from December to March are the wettest, with heavier rain and higher humidity, though still warm and beautiful.
