Great choice
Constance is a great brand, and the Prince Maurice is no exception. I love this hotel – it is also smaller than many other resort hotels, which really appeals to some guests.

Many activities are available at Le Prince Maurice – watersports such as waterskiing, windsurfing, kayaking and snorkelling are complimentary, while guests pay extra for scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, fly fishing, catamaran cruises, boat excursions and parasailing.
Inland, guests enjoy tennis, golf and biking, for example, and further golfing facilities at Constance Belle Mare Plage just a 5-minute drive away.
Back at Le Prince Maurice, lessons may be arranged at cost in tennis, golf, diving and kite surfing – and the hotel’s gym provides Life Fitness Cardio equipment.
Guests aged 4–11 years have the run of Constance Kids’ Club, with its island trips, arts and crafts, cookery and computer gaming.

Most of the hotel’s main facilities are located at the centre of the grounds.
They include a lounge bar and library, one other bar, business centre, duty-free boutiques (for clothes, jewellery, beach accessories and souvenirs) and two restaurants, one of which overlooks a spacious swimming pool. Set farther inland, there is the spa, tennis courts, putting green and kids’ club building. There is a separate lap pool close to the sea, while La Barachois restaurant and bar are actually positioned on a lagoon! The hotel’s special setting is enhanced by its rustic yet opulent design.

Guest accommodation at Le Prince Maurice is spaced along the coastline, nestled amid the tropical gardens, or perched on stilts over a natural fish reserve.
There are four options – Junior Suite, Family Suite, Villa and Princely Suite. All feature air conditioning, satellite TV, hi-fi, Wi-Fi, furnished terrace or balcony, separate WC, and bathroom with bathtub and double vanities. Nine of the 12 villas boast direct beach access and heated private pool, while the Princely Suite has two heated private pools and is situated on the beach in a very secluded area of the resort. Each of its three terraces has spectacular views of the ocean and the lagoon. And it has a kitchenette, for service staff!
