The Residence is part of a much larger hotel chain that has properties in Mauritius and the Maldives.
It is a company known for expensive, luxury accommodation – and so it comes as no surprise to hear that their Zanzibar property is one of the most luxurious properties on the island.
With nearly 70 rooms, a large spa and gym as well as golf buggies being driven around the property, there is no other property on the island like The Residence. The Residence Zanzibar is a serious resort. The rooms are spread across different categories with a couple of phenomenal suites. Each room comes with a television and air conditioning.
