Tangala House is the private house of Ben Parker, who is one of the founders of Tongabezi. It sits on the banks of the Zambezi River and is an ideal luxurious family home, equipped with a swimming pool, four bedrooms and views towards the water. The house is open for Christmas, Easter and June, July and August. Other dates may be available on request. There is a minimum stay of three days and a minimum occupancy of four people.

*This property is unfenced and although animal densities are not that high along this stretch of the Zambezi River, there is always the potential for dangerous game. So if you opt to stay here please always be cautious and look out for wildlife when walking around, especially at night.

It comprises a large living room, kitchen-dining room, small “snuggery” complete with satellite TV, and four bedrooms, three of which have their own ensuite bathroom. The living room opens onto a large veranda with a thatched roof , with steps down towards a lawn and a 13 m swimming pool with a shallow end for children.
