Our Yellow Zebra Opinion
  • Great all-rounder
Ignoring the camp completely, this is a truly amazing private reserve, literally one of the very best. Splash itself is great, with the high standards of guiding Kwando is famous for. A very good option for the Okavango’s private reserves.

  • These take place within Kwara Reserve – an astonishing 175,000 hectares of savanna, woodlands, floodplains, and permanent water bordering Moremi Game Reserve. The wildlife viewing here is superb, with healthy lion prides, ideal cheetah ranges, packs of African wild dog, and vast herds of elephant.

  • Since Splash Camp is located within a private reserve, guests can venture out after dark in search of nocturnal species such as porcupines, genets, civets, bush babies, and occasionally a larger predator with its prey.
