Hannah’s Recent Travel Experience

Hannah most recently embarked on an exciting safari in Northern Tanzania. Visiting Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, it was a trip filled with incredible wildlife and unexpected moments in nature. On her first night in the Serengeti, the group was able to watch a lone male lion at dusk, with no other vehicles around, hearing distant calls before his brother approached and they greeted each other. More ‘pinch-me’ moments include watching the stars through the retractable roof at Wayo Manyara and seeing the night sky in a way she never had before, and watching the sun set with a cocktail and a campfire at Serengeti Safari Camp.

Hannah’s Most Memorable Experience

“My most memorable experience has got to be a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti. We didn’t get to see the Great Migration, but the views were incredible nonetheless. We also stopped off and had breakfast in the middle of the Serengeti, and used a loo with a view – a once-in-a-lifetime experience!”

Hannah’s Bio

Hannah grew up in London but spent a lot of time visiting family in rural Somerset, somewhere she still likes escaping to.

From a young age, she found real enjoyment in taking photos and went on to study Photography at Nottingham Trent University. From there, she started her career in food photography, before going on to photograph puppies at a wellbeing company. It was here she got a taste of marketing, helping the social media team with content creation and branding.

During the pandemic, she took the opportunity to go back to university and complete an MSc in Digital Marketing at the University of Surrey. She then went on to work as Marketing Executive for the same wellbeing company.

Hannah is always looking forward to planning her next vacation and has visited a number of destinations across the world, including the Caribbean, New York, Mexico, Turkey, Belgium, Lisbon, Budapest, and many of the Greek Islands.
