Tents are raised on wooden decking, overlooking a permanent waterhole, amply spaced apart to ensure guest privacy. Outside, there’s a shady veranda with a seating area, where guests can take in the surrounding landscape and scan the waterhole for passing wildlife. The classic style feels comfortably rustic with its hardwood floors, wooden beams, lofty thatch ceilings, oversized jute rugs, and explorer trunks. Mosquito nets are draped over the beds, and overhead ceiling fans ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Additional features include a standing fan, a writing desk with a lamp, a coat and hat stand, a luggage rack, an armchair, a tea-and-coffee station, and reading lights and switches built into the bed headboard. Spacious en-suite bathrooms feature twin washbasins beneath a large mirror, a walk-in shower, and side doors that lead to a second outdoor shower. The family tent is identical in style, but it has an extra bedroom for children (a triple configuration can be arranged on request), and the en-suite bathroom is shared. Wooden walkways are wheelchair accessible and connect all areas of the camp.
