Both chic and homely, the farmhouse features splashes of color amid a neutral palette and some lovely wildlife pictures on the walls. Fabulous for a group of friends or a family, it sleeps a minimum of four and a maximum of eight persons, and its facilities include a private boat! In common with sister property Waterberry Lodge, it isn’t super-luxurious, but it’s a very pleasant base from which to explore the area. All farmhouse guests are welcome to use the communal facilities at the neighbouring lodge. Accommodation at The River Farmhouse is booked on a full-board basis, including all meals, a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks, morning and afternoon in-house activities, airport transfers, and a laundry service.
