There is an amazing array of activities on offer at Bushmans Kloof, from 130 rock art sites, to hiking, canoeing, fishing, archery, nature drives and walks. From July to October the area explodes with every color imaginable as the flower season starts.
The lodge also has an award-winning spa.
The lodge is accessed by road from Cape Town, which usually takes three-and-a-half hours – this is a spectacular drive and is well worth the travel time. Alternatively, if you prefer to fly in, there is an airstrip known as ‘Bushmans Kloof International’.
For the ultimate privacy for your family or small group, the site’s private villa Koro Lodge has two bedrooms and a loft area that sleeps up to four children, and there is also a family area that can sleep an additional two guests.
The villa has its own infinity pool, wrap-around deck area, private chef and host to attend to all your needs. The lodge is very well known for its amazing cuisine and an award-winning wine list featuring a vast variety from South African wines to French Champagnes. We like to stay local and enjoy some of the best wines South Africa has to offer.
Bushmans Kloof main lodge is made up of 16 rooms and suites.
